Friday Working Party

Every Friday morning a group of friendly “green space” volunteers meets at 9.30am by the maintenance shed in the Park.  Working parties are run by one of our experienced working party leaders, with tasks ranging from weeding and conservation to scrub clearance and coppicing.  Each volunteer chooses which tasks they’d like to do – most stay for a couple of hours, but any help is much appreciated.  There is a coffee break and plentiful supply of biscuits.
