Becoming a Friend or Patron
Those wishing to become a Patron or Friend will make a donation and become a Patron or Friend for 12 months:
- An indication of the level of donation that might be made for a Friend is £20pa for an individual or £30pa for a family; those under the age of 16 can become an individual Friend with no donation.
- For Patrons an indication of the level of donation is £250pa.
Those who provide a significant amount of time as volunteers can become a Friend without making a donation.
The Benefits
The wish is that people become Friends because they would like to support the Park financially and/or by giving some of their time. There are no specific benefits of becoming a Patron or Friend but they can take part in any vote to select two Trustees.
Making a one-time or regular donation
We are a local charity that cares about our community and with your support we can make a difference. We are working to build opportunities for school children to visit us, to run activities for family groups and to further identify and conserve the wildlife that exists within the Park.
Keeping the Park open to the public involves a lot of work, is expensive and not everything can be done by our volunteers. The Trust receives no public funds for its upkeep and we are therefore very grateful for any donation you make.
