Art in the Shed 2026

“Art in the Shed” is an exhibition of original paintings & cards by 6 friends who all live in East Anglia.

*Carol Goodchild – I work in watercolours, painting landscapes of our beautiful area.

*Elaine Purcell – I work mainly in acrylics in an impressionist style but also work with water colour & mixed media.

*Helen Day – I work with oils and acrylics, semi abstract landscapes and still life.

*Jenny May – I mainly work in acrylics and have developed my own distinctive style.

*Stuart Hurworth – I work in watercolours for my paintings of wildlife, birds & animals.

*Jenny Banbury – I work in mixed media and am fascinated by shapes and lines in the landscape.

This is the 6th year of them all exhibiting together in The Old Goods Shed at Clare Castle Country Park.

Open 10am till 5pm from Saturday 29th August to Monday 31st August 2026.
